New Delhi, October 4(Rights Media): Captain Smit Machchhar, who was injured in the flydubai flight incident, is recovering well, said India’s Ambassador to the UAE Dr Deepak Mittal.
"Prayers continue to flow in for good health of Capt Smit. He is recovering well and in good spirits. Embassy remains in touch with the local authorities and the family and extending all possible assistance," he wrote on X.
He also quoted a post from BAPS Hindu Mandir, Abu Dhabi, showing devotees offering prayers for Machchhar's courage, reflecting widespread support, including from Indian temples and leaders, praising his actions that averted a potential disaster.
